A simple tutorial on how to draw and paint an anime/manga eye using normal color pencils ^^
I was pretty uncomfortable with the camera so probably your result is going to look better under comfortable conditions ;D
You will need a color pencil of your choice and it's lighter or darker version (or you can use two different colors for a especial effect, just be sure that one looks darker than the other). Also a black pencil and a greay pencil (or you can use the black one very softly)
